Responsibilities

• Build full-stack applications and features in UNION, owning them in production.
• Work across the stack: TypeScript with React and Next.js, Python services on Kubernetes, Postgres and lakehouse.
• Build AI-facing features including natural language interfaces and agents.
• Own a product area end-to-end, from user conversations to production.

Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating production software, including backend services and modern web frontends.
• Strong Python and TypeScript, with real experience in React, Next.js, or comparable framework.
• Experience designing and running HTTP APIs.
• Strong SQL and relational data modeling.
• Experience shipping LLM-backed features to production.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes.
• Experience wiring applications to data platforms such as Spark, Kafka, StarRocks, or Snowflake.
• CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and on-call.

Conditions

• Base salary range: $153,000 to $204,000.
• Total rewards package includes discretionary bonus, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits.
