Responsibilities

Own the activation journey end to end: onboarding, implementation, configuration, go-live, and post-launch adoption
Reduce time to go-live by finding and removing bottlenecks
Design configuration and customization capabilities in the Truv dashboard
Elevate the developer and integrator experience (documentation, sandbox environments, implementation tooling)
Define activation and adoption metrics and use data to prioritize improvements
Run user research and usability testing with agency staff and end users
Partner on compliance and security with legal and security teams
Mentor other PMs and raise the bar for product craft

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of product management experience, including B2B or B2G onboarding, activation, implementation, or developer experience products
Experience in regulated, multi-stakeholder environments (government, healthcare, insurance, financial services)
Record of improving time-to-value metrics with quantified results
Comfort with technical products; ability to discuss APIs, integrations, and configuration
Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing
