Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Power BI dashboards and reports using advanced DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Build and optimize data models within the Power BI semantic layer.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into dashboards.
• Implement data governance, security controls, and access management in Power BI.
• Administer Power BI workspaces and manage user permissions.
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric for data integration, transformation, and warehousing.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and data discrepancies.
• Contribute to Tableau development and migration to Power BI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 7 years of professional experience as a Power BI Developer.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, semantic layer design, data architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX.
• Strong Power Query proficiency.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Data Lake).
• Knowledge of data warehousing, governance, security, workspace administration.
• Preferred: Tableau development and migration experience.
