Responsibilities
Ship new Awareness features end-to-end.
Build robust systems that serve millions of learners and thousands of admin users reliably.
Organize the backend code base and shape the standards the team follows.
Research, pitch, and prototype solutions to hard problems.
Use AI tooling (Claude Code, Codex, MCP integrations) daily as first-class collaborators.
Requirements
2+ years of experience building backend applications in production.
Comfortable working professionally with SQL and relational data modeling.
Already using AI coding tools seriously.
Team player, eager to give and receive feedback.
Full professional proficiency in English and native in French.
Based in Paris or willing to relocate.
Elixir/Phoenix experience is a plus (not required).
