Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and operate custom software applications for manufacturing clients ("you build it, you run it").
• Implement complex business logic using modern technologies and architectures.
• Design and build intuitive web interfaces for manufacturing workflows.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud-based and on-premises applications.
• Monitor performance, manage logging, troubleshoot issues.
• Build and integrate APIs with ERP systems, machine controls, sensors, and OT infrastructure.
• Analyze technical requirements with customers and translate into solutions.
• Collaborate with customers across the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express.js.
• Experience with automated testing and software quality standards.
• Professional fluency in German and French (C1+).
• Good written and spoken English.
• Experience with cloud architectures and APIs.
• Knowledge of Industrial IoT / industrial communication protocols is a plus.

Conditions

• Competitive annual salary €70,000–€100,000 gross.
