Responsibilities
- Partner with the Governance, Risk, and Compliance team as its dedicated Technical Program Manager
- Lead the integrated IL4 roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and execution cadence
- Connect with stakeholders through expert communication and diplomacy to maintain alignment
- Establish and maintain a program operating cadence: roadmap, governance forums, decision log, risk/issue register, communications plan, and executive reporting
- Build automations and AI agents to handle routine program administration at scale
- Utilize AI platforms to consolidate diverse project streams into unified roadmaps
- Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities by identifying tradeoffs early
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management
- Experience in cybersecurity or security program management in a technical, fast-moving environment
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security or related field or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of federal cybersecurity and authorization frameworks (NIST SP 800-53, RMF, FedRAMP, and DoD SRGs)
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI productivity tools and development platforms
- Strong competency with Confluence and Jira
- Experience working with multiple time zones and cross-functional teams
