About the company
- Tripledot Studios is one of the largest independent mobile games companies in the world, with a global 2,500+ strong team across 12 studios.
- The role is within the studio Ludios, which makes and publishes casual, free-to-play mobile games.
- The team is based across APAC, with development mainly in Jakarta and Melbourne.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly build and iterate playable advertising concepts from creative ideas and briefs.
- Turn creative concepts into functional, engaging playable ads that can be tested and iterated quickly.
- Use AI-assisted and vibe coding workflows to prototype and develop playable experiences at speed.
- Develop new gameplay concepts and mechanics rather than simply reproducing existing game features.
- Iterate on playable ads based on creative and performance feedback to improve engagement and effectiveness.
- Build reusable systems, components, and tools that improve the speed and efficiency of playable production.
- Work closely with the Creative Producer and Lead Creative Producer to explore, develop, and refine creative concepts.
Requirements
- Experience building playable ads, interactive prototypes, web-based games, or similar interactive experiences.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted/vibe coding, using tools such as Claude, Gemini, or similar AI coding tools.
- Curious and proactive about exploring new AI tools and workflows.
- A creative background or strong understanding of graphic design, visual composition, and creative execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to turn creative ideas into functional experiences.
- Clear communicator, open to feedback and iteration.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
