Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing Business Intelligence team, coaching analysts toward strategic problem framing, actionable recommendations, and confident stakeholder engagement.
- Partner with senior functional leaders to define and prioritize the right analytical initiatives.
- Own analytical output quality across key business domains.
- Lead the team through the ongoing evolution of the BI operating model.
- Drive adoption of new BI tooling and self-service capabilities.
- Embed AI-assisted methods into the team's workflow.
- Collaborate with Analytics Engineering, Data Governance, Data Science, and Data Platform teams.
Requirements
- Experienced analytics leader who thinks about data in terms of decisions, systems, and repeatable frameworks.
- Experience helping business leaders ask sharper questions of their data and translating complex analysis into clarity and action.
- Experience building the reporting foundations that enable partners to diagnose, explore, and decide on their own.
- Ability to bring structure where there's ambiguity and turn analytical insights into recommendations.
- Experience developing analysts along a career path from skilled practitioner to strategic partner.
