Keydev is looking for a CG Artist/Creative Retoucher to join the Design Team.
Responsibilities
- Create high-impact promotional visuals through advanced photo manipulation and artistic retouching
- Develop key visuals for campaigns, banners, and marketing creatives
- Work with complex compositions, combining multiple elements into cohesive scenes
- Perform artistic retouching: lighting, color grading, atmosphere, effects
- Enhance 3D renders and integrate them seamlessly into promo creatives
- Bring ideas to life based on briefs, references, and abstract concepts
- Collaborate with designers, 3D, and motion teams
- Adapt creatives for different formats and platforms
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in creative retouching / CG art / promo design
- Strong portfolio with promotional creatives and key visuals
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop
- Strong sense of composition, color, lighting, and visual storytelling
- Experience working with 3D renders and compositing
- Attention to detail
Nice to have
- Experience in performance marketing
- Experience with AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion)
- Basic knowledge of 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D)
