- Lead technical strategy for critical Banking initiatives.
- Drive the design and evolution of reliable, scalable systems.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, design, operations, compliance, risk, and accounting.
- Identify and resolve systemic reliability, quality, and operability issues.
- Mentor senior engineers and emerging technical leaders.
Требования
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Demonstrated track record of leading architecture and delivery for large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to simplify complex technical problems.
- Experience improving reliability and operational excellence in production systems.
Условия
- Hybrid work environment with 3 days in the office.
