Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new SumUppers in Brazil, from offer acceptance through their first weeks, keeping documentation accurate and communication timely.
- Manage the daily operations of employee benefits in partnership with Marsh and other providers, keeping data accurate and resolving employee questions quickly.
- Track service levels and validate provider billing, escalating sensitive cases such as medical authorisations with care and urgency.
- Build and maintain clear process documentation, checklists and guides that keep onboarding and benefits running consistently.
- Turn onboarding and benefits data into KPIs and dashboards that reveal bottlenecks and guide improvements.
- Guide and review the work of a Young Apprentice, helping them grow while keeping daily operations consistent.
Requirements
- Experience managing end to end onboarding processes, including documentation, compliance and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong background operating employee benefits programmes such as health, dental, life insurance and pension, with close attention to accuracy.
- Comfort guiding employees through sensitive benefits questions and resolving issues with empathy and clarity.
- Ability to build KPIs and dashboards, using data to spot bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
- Fluency in English for regular collaboration with global and regional teams, along with strong stakeholder management skills.
