ClickHouse is expanding its Support Services team.

Обязанности

• Serve as a team member on customer projects, focusing on design, architecture, integration, implementation, and documentation.
• Provide case-initiated consultative support to strategic users, customers, and prospects.
• Work as a member of the Support Team, handling L1 to L3 cases and communications.
• Partner closely with ClickHouse Product Management, Engineering, and Sales.
• Develop and assist with a wide range of content.

Требования

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Support, Technical Accounts Management, Engineering/SRE, and/or Project Management roles.
• Technical breadth and depth in relevant subjects such as DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS platforms.
• Experience leading and shipping large scope technical projects.

Условия
