Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative, data-driven and agile sourcing strategies that can scale with Agoda’s longer-term organizational growth.
- Recruit, mentor and manage a team of 2 Managers and 10+ Sourcers.
- Maximize the effectiveness of sourcing tools, technologies and platforms (e.g., AI, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS capabilities, CRM functionalities).
- Work closely with Recruiting Managers, Hiring Managers and departmental heads to understand complex hiring needs.
- Partner with CoE teams to continually refine and improve the end-to-end sourcing process.
- Move Sourcing away from heavily manual processes toward AI-enabled workflows.
Requirements
- 8+ overall years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 3+ years in leadership or people management role.
- Strong experience with managing manager and leads while coaching and developing individual into people leaders and strategic business partners.
- Demonstrated track record of developing and executing data-driven sourcing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to improve recruiting workflows using AI and automation.
- Ability to thrive on change and operate effectively in a fast-moving and experimental environment.
