Responsibilities
Own Outsourcing processes and governance practices, ensuring adherence to MAS requirements.
Run monthly/quarterly process check-ins with audit, compliance, legal, and management.
Assess and own material and reporting for the outsourcing process.
Monitor SLAs for operational and outsourcing-based processes.
Own the Singapore growth roadmap and execute cross-functionally with marketing and product.
Monitor Singapore's performance and run weekly/monthly growth meets.
Serve as primary point of contact for top-tier VIP traders.
Plan and execute VIP trader events and product workshops.
Requirements
6-8 years of experience in financial operations, growth and marketing, or client-facing roles in financial services, fintech, or crypto.
Good understanding of crypto platforms, operations, and client management.
Experience running growth plans using content, events, PR, and reactivation programs.
