  • Ability to translate abstract concepts, complex requirements, and clinical workflows into practical, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex design concepts, articulate design decisions, and discuss tradeoffs with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout product development, validation, and delivery.
  • Strongly preferred: Experience designing companion experiences for sensors, wearables, connected devices, or data-rich health products.
  • Preferred: Previous experience as a Senior or Lead UX Designer delivering complex digital health, medical device, or clinical software products.
  • Preferred: A bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, or a related field.
