  • Demonstrated ability to provide direction, make sound decisions, and manage complex clinical and business priorities.
  • Experience generating business insights from pharmacy, health outcomes, or related data.
  • Leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and leading direct reports and/or matrixed teams, is strongly preferred.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in pharmacy benefits management is preferred.
  • Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) is a plus.
  • Additional training or education in business administration, pharmacoeconomics, or health outcomes is advantageous.
  • Experience in health outcomes research is preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, strategic thinking, and resource-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining a dedicated workspace suitable for protecting confidential health information.
  • Reliable home internet access meeting minimum requirements of approximately 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training, meetings, or other business needs.
Conditions

  • Eligibility for a performance-based bonus incentive plan.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Paid time off, company and personal holidays.
  • Paid parental and caregiver leave.
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage.
