White Hat Gaming is a state-of-the-art iGaming platform providing a secure, scalable and flexible modular Casino and Sportsbook Player Account Management solution.
Responsibilities:
- Advertise vacancies across relevant job boards, social media platforms and sourcing channels.
- Proactively identify and approach suitable candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, our ATS and other sourcing tools.
- Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Assess candidates against the agreed role requirements and provide clear screening notes.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure they are kept informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Oversee candidate self-scheduling, ensuring interviews are booked correctly and stepping in to coordinate or reschedule when needed.
- Send interview confirmations, assessments and any relevant preparation materials.
- Support candidate feedback, rejection and progression communications.
- Maintain accurate and complete candidate records within our ATS.
- Help manage recruitment inboxes, interview documentation, trackers and other administrative tasks.
- Support the development and maintenance of candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Assist with recruitment projects, reporting, data collection and process improvements.
- Work closely with the wider People team to support a smooth handover once a candidate has accepted an offer.
- Ensure candidate information is handled accurately, confidentially and in line with data protection requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, candidate sourcing or a similar role.
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable platforms.
- Experience sourcing candidates across Technology, Product or Delivery roles.
- Confidence conducting initial candidate screening calls.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple recruitment processes at the same time.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate recruitment data.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- A proactive, responsive and candidate-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing interview arrangements and candidate records.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the wider People team.
- Confidence working in a fast-moving, fully remote environment.
