Infrastructure Engineer Team Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Infra Engineer Team Lead based in the United States.

• Lead the design, operation, and continuous improvement of infrastructure supporting self-hosted products, SaaS platforms, and AI infrastructure
• Oversee cloud infrastructure across AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure
• Guide technical projects, establish engineering priorities, and mentor team members
• Work directly with customers to facilitate infrastructure deployments and troubleshoot technical issues
• Collaborate with backend engineering, product, and R&D teams to support rapid feature development
• Identify recurring manual tasks and develop automation, tooling, and processes to reduce toil
• Maintain and improve security practices across the infrastructure stack
• Identify infrastructure risks and implement scalable solutions

• At least five years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering (SRE)
• At least two years of demonstrated experience leading software engineering initiatives and mentoring engineers
• Practical experience working with at least two major cloud providers: AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security groups, IAM, SSO, OIDC, and modern cloud-native security practices
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability
• Full professional fluency in both Hebrew and English
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm (preferred)
• Familiarity with Go and the ability to develop infrastructure tooling (preferred)
• Experience optimizing cloud resource utilization and costs (preferred)
