Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Studio leads, advising on best practices and strategies
- Provide an industry-leading candidate and hiring manager experience
- Maintain data across the Applicant Tracking System, Requisition Tracker, LinkedIn Projects and Job Briefing records
- Support recruitment across creative, technical, operational, commercial and marketing roles
- Implement processes connecting candidates, hiring managers and HR teams
- Engage with the best talent directly, leveraging EVP and employer brand, minimizing agency spend
- Learn about competitors, map external talent and benchmark to ensure competitive offers
- Create and update talent maps across hard-to-hire, technical, strategic and operational disciplines
- Proactively improve workflows and systems
- Support wider projects such as employer brand strategy, external events, systems, tools and technology transformations
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems and other standard aspects of Talent Acquisition
- Experience hiring for technical and hard-to-fill roles
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Adaptive communicator able to adjust style to different audiences
- Strong stakeholder management with consistent, clear updates
- Confident on video calls
- Organized and methodical, structured in approach
- Proactive mindset, comfortable working independently on confidential projects
- Genuine interest in Mobile Games and industry trends
