Responsibilities

Build a deep understanding of the business, culture, and hiring needs to provide strategic recruitment support across teams
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer and close
Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions, candidate requirements, and structured interview processes
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams with insights, best practices, and data-driven recommendations
Manage executive relationships and provide proactive hiring solutions
Own sourcing strategies for passive talent pipelines in engineering domains
Mentor and guide hiring teams on interviewing, candidate assessment, and decision-making
Design, implement, and optimize recruitment programs

Requirements

7+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, particularly supporting Engineering roles in early-stage, high-growth tech companies
Strong data-driven decision-making skills using recruiting metrics
Proven ability to solve complex hiring challenges and coach teams
Experience managing high-impact roles with effective organization and stakeholder management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation skills and in-depth knowledge of the talent market
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
