Responsibilities
- Design and guide the project planning and delivery for multiple implementation engagements.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and overall project health to minimize risk and ensure successful completion of engagements.
- Partner with Implementation Services’ leadership to uplevel the team’s project management approach, documentation, and process.
- Collaborate with other teams, including Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Sales to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years Technical Project or Program Management experience including planning, scheduling, and reporting.
- 5+ years of Customer facing experience in a services or success role.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively to business and technical audiences.
- Experience with DevOps services and technologies.
- Role requires regular travel to client sites, within your area and other regions, using various modes of transportation (car, train, air), depending on business needs.
- Able to travel via auto, train or air up to 30% of the time.
