Responsibilities

• Develop strategic roadmaps across emerging technology domains and deliver executive-level recommendations
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, robotics, sensing, controls, and energy capabilities to market challenges
• Build and manage a pipeline of startups, researchers, and emerging technologies
• Lead innovation programs, pilot projects, and collaborative initiatives with startups, universities, and industry partners
• Partner with AI, Product, and Engineering teams to develop venture theses and concept prototypes
• Establish relationships with research institutions, universities, investors, and corporate partners
• Represent the organization at conferences, panels, and ecosystem events

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant technical or scientific discipline
• At least 10 years of experience in new business creation, domain leadership, or innovation management
• Expertise in water technology, agritech, foodtech, infrastructure systems, or related sectors
• Proven success with startup ecosystems, open innovation, or venture programs
• Strong strategic, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities

Conditions

• Annual base salary $149,600–$205,700
• Potential commissions, incentive compensation, and discretionary awards
