Responsibilities

• Gather, review, analyze, and document system and user requirements from business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, timelines, priorities, and expected outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Monitor and analyze system usage, including overrides, exceptions, validation handling, recurring errors, and inefficient user workflows.
• Analyze user feedback, survey results, and usage statistics to validate requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Track, organize, and prioritize assigned projects while communicating status, risks, delays, and roadblocks.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test preparation, execution, progress tracking, results reporting, and issue management.
• Support product and system demonstrations.
• Handle day-to-day business and technology requests.

Requirements

• College degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience at an Analyst, Senior Analyst, QA Analyst, Technology Analyst, or comparable level.
• More than 5 years of experience in mortgage, technology, secondary market, or closely related environments.
• Knowledge of finance or mortgage banking is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional designs.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance, system analysis, testing, and technology implementation processes.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Conditions

• Annual full-time base salary range of $90,000–$110,000.
