Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and analyze business requirements
Design high-quality technical solutions that address business requirements while evaluating different approaches, technical trade-offs, scalability, maintainability, performance, security, and operational impact
Participate in software architecture and integration design, particularly when connecting with external or enterprise systems
Take end-to-end ownership of the software development lifecycle, including solution design, implementation, code review, testing, troubleshooting, release preparation, and post-production support
Work closely with DevOps engineers to ensure smooth and reliable deployments across testing, staging, and production environments
Proactively monitor production systems, identify potential issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive or corrective actions
Regularly review existing systems, architecture, source code, and operational practices to identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and technical debt
Contribute to engineering best practices through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
5-6 years of experience in Software Development
Strong experience in Java ecosystem & Spring framework
Strong experience with RESTful APIs and CI/CD pipelines
Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MSSQL)
Strong in code debugging, code review, and best practices
Experience with frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue)
Strong communicator (verbal/non-verbal), good English
Ability to work directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong testing mindset: unit, integration, component, contract tests
