Responsibilities
Assume ownership of multiple COTS / GOTS production systems, ensuring seamless operations, maintenance, and support.
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Troubleshoot complex problems and provide customer support for software systems and application issues.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
Work in an Agile environment with a focus on iterative development and delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
5 to 10 years of related software development experience.
Hands-on experience with modern programming languages such as NodeJS or Python.
Experience with GOTS / COTS integration.
Strong understanding of Linux and experience building APIs and services using REST.
Experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes or Docker.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
Desired: Elasticsearch, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases.
Desired: monitoring technologies like ELK, Prometheus, Grafana.
Desired: CI/CD technologies like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and iterative delivery.
TS/SCI with Poly clearance required.
