Обязанности
- Build and maintain a high-volume outbound pipeline: research target companies and decision-makers across multiple verticals.
- Execute daily outbound outreach.
- Work strictly within Salesforce as a single source of truth: upload leads, track activities, maintain clean CRM data, and follow defined processes.
- Pre-qualify leads before handing them over to the Sales Manager.
- Schedule DEMO meetings for the Sales team.
- Follow structured outreach and follow-up sequences: run multi-step follow-ups, handle written objections, and iterate messaging based on results.
- Collaborate closely with Sales leadership.
- Participate in daily/weekly syncs, receive feedback, and continuously improve conversion rates.
Требования
- At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR roles.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (mandatory) and HubSpot.
- Experience with outbound and prospecting tools such as: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- B2B SaaS experience (payments or fintech industries is a strong advantage).
- Ability to work with large volumes of outreach.
- Strong written communication skills.
- High level of discipline and process thinking.
- English level: working proficiency; Russian is a strong advantage.
