As a Senior Software Engineer in our PyTorch team, you will help Graphcore hardware feel natural to ML engineers and researchers. You will design, optimise and support the software that connects our accelerators with widely used frameworks. Your work will shape upstream PyTorch contributions, custom kernels and compiler backend integration with torch.compile. The goal is simple: better compatibility, stronger performance and an easier developer experience. You will work across Python, C++ and complex open source codebases. You will also help coordinate technical tasks, review code and improve how the team builds. This is a role for engineers who want deep ownership and real technical stretch. You will join the PyTorch team within Frameworks, working in a SCRUM team that ships features, fixes issues and improves performance.
