Responsibilities
- Pre-GTM Strategy: take a product thesis and figure out who the first user is; define the wedge, messaging, and distribution channels before the code is finished
- Demand Generation & SEO: build the engine that gets eyes on the product; use AI to spin up optimized landing pages, test copy, and hack organic growth
- Social Media & Community: own the social media strategy to build hype, tap into crypto culture, and engage early adopters
- Post-GTM & User Adoption: read analytics, track user adoption, and figure out what's converting
- Iterate or kill campaigns based on committed numbers
Requirements
- Someone who has marketed something from nothing (side hustle, startup, newsletter, or personal brand)
- Professional experience in Marketing, Growth, Communications, or a related field with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement
- Someone who builds: prototypes with AI tools, wires up landing pages, generates copy, runs analytics
- Comfortable with crypto or unafraid of getting there fast; understands internet culture and crypto Twitter (X)
- Someone who decides and can kill their own work
Conditions
- Contractor position, based in Palo Alto, CA - onsite
- Compensation averages between $10,000 - $13,000 per month
