Responsibilities
- Work on multi-team technical initiatives and identify opportunities for business impact.
- Architect and implement complex features, focusing on data-driven decision making.
- Work with other engineering teams to advance engineering processes.
- Improve systemic patterns to streamline development and increase technical quality.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Perform tech design and code reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a hands-on software engineering role.
- 1+ years of relevant industry experience in Payments/Fintech is a plus.
- Experience leading design, implementation, and deployment of high-scale payment systems.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in CS or equivalent experience.
- Technical leadership experience.
- Passionate about efficiency, availability, and technical quality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
