Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment at the Printful fulfillment center
- Working closely with and supporting hiring managers with active talent sourcing, recruitment, and talent attraction
- Creating a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, based on hiring forecasting and prioritization
Requirements
- Good people and communication skills
- Precision, a strong sense of responsibility, and a systematic approach to work
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent English (to communicate with colleagues outside of Latvia)
