About the company

Responsibilities
- Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for user acquisition, social media, and digital marketing campaigns
- Edit gameplay captures, promotional footage, AI-generated content, voiceovers, music, and sound effects into short-form advertising videos
- Apply editorial principles: pacing, timing, rhythm, composition, visual storytelling
- Develop new creative concepts and high-volume variations of existing ads
- Produce performance-driven video advertising creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, AppLovin, Moloco
- Apply user acquisition and performance marketing best practices
- Build organized, modular After Effects projects and reusable creative templates
- Adapt creative assets across multiple aspect ratios, formats, placements
- Integrate AI tools into ideation, asset creation, editing, production
- Monitor mobile advertising trends and competitor creatives
- Partner with creative leadership, user acquisition, design, and stakeholders
- Use campaign performance data to refine future concepts
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, digital advertising, performance marketing creative
- Strong portfolio in motion design, editorial storytelling, gameplay advertising, short-form video
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop; working knowledge of Illustrator
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, compositing, pacing, sound design
- Experience with paid media platforms: Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, AppLovin, Moloco
- Understanding of performance metrics: CTR, CPI, ROAS, conversion, retention, hook performance
- Experience using AI tools: Adobe Firefly, Photoshop AI, ChatGPT, Claude
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving skills
- Experience with match-3, puzzle, casual, or hybrid-casual mobile games is a strong advantage
- Experience with ASO assets is a plus
- Familiarity with Unity, Cinema 4D, Blender is beneficial
- Experience with Trapcode, Saber, Element 3D is advantageous
- Familiarity with Runway, Midjourney is advantageous
