Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise reporting transformation initiatives from strategy and planning through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Define and drive the roadmap for a unified enterprise reporting framework, translating strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with senior management to shape strategic plans and objectives, determine implementation approaches, establish priorities, and make informed decisions on complex reporting initiatives.
- Serve as product owner for core enterprise reporting capabilities, including the enterprise performance dashboard, customer commitment and health reporting, and strategic customer scorecards.
- Own the end-to-end design and development of enterprise reporting solutions, working closely with product and technology teams to deliver scalable and reliable capabilities.
- Lead the development of data lake and enterprise reporting infrastructure in partnership with operations, product, and technology stakeholders, ensuring the foundation can support long-term enterprise needs.
- Establish standardized reporting on the status, progress, risks, dependencies, and impact of transformation initiatives, providing leadership with clear and actionable visibility.
- Develop executive-level dashboards, scorecards, reports, and performance views that enable senior leaders to monitor milestones, assess outcomes, and make informed decisions.
- Build alignment across operations, product, technology, sales, advisory, and customer success teams around reporting priorities, definitions, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Act as the central coordination point across functions, reconciling competing stakeholder perspectives and ensuring consistent execution against enterprise objectives.
- Establish structured governance and prioritization mechanisms for reporting initiatives, balancing competing demands while maintaining focus on enterprise value.
- Promote a single source of truth by standardizing metric definitions, reporting practices, data interpretation, and governance across the organization.
- Lead end-to-end execution across multiple workstreams, managing interdependencies, risks, tradeoffs, milestones, and resources while maintaining high standards for quality, scalability, and reliability.
- Identify and escalate risks early, develop practical resolution strategies, and maintain accountability for delivery and business outcomes.
- Champion adoption of unified reporting approaches through communication, stakeholder engagement, change management, and organizational influence.
- Direct the activities of the enterprise reporting function through matrixed and cross-functional teams and functional leads, ensuring effective coordination and execution.
- Make resourcing decisions for the function and ensure alignment with broader transformation priorities and organizational objectives.
- Capture lessons learned and continuously improve reporting frameworks, governance practices, analytics, automation, and data-driven processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program management, business transformation, operational leadership, or related strategic roles.
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within matrixed organizations and environments involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong experience working across business, product, technology, operations, and other enterprise functions to translate strategic objectives into measurable execution plans.
- Demonstrated ability to operate at a director-level scope, participate in senior leadership strategic planning, and make high-impact decisions involving complex and loosely defined business challenges.
- Exceptional program and project management capabilities, including integrated planning, governance, prioritization, risk management, dependency management, executive reporting, and delivery oversight.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment without relying on direct authority.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution, establish clear priorities, and maintain momentum in environments characterized by ambiguity and competing demands.
- Strong change management and organizational influence capabilities, with experience driving adoption of new processes, reporting standards, governance models, or operating practices.
- Strong analytical thinking and data literacy, including the ability to define KPIs linked to strategic priorities and use data to support executive decision-making.
