Responsibilities
- Drive customer value by translating complex business requirements into tailored technical solutions
- Lead complex technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers
- Guide the instantiation of Neo4j AuraDB environments or self-managed clusters across AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Implement baseline system hardening, TLS/SSL termination, encryption-at-rest, and least-privileged access through SSO and RBAC
- Architect robust data ingestion pipelines (bulk imports, stream processing, Change Data Capture)
- Advise development teams on Neo4j driver optimization, connection pooling, and retry logic
- Assist customers in configuring enterprise observability tools
- Produce technical deliverables including architecture diagrams and ADRs
- Synthesise field insights to optimise Neo4j's global technical onboarding methodology
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Hands-on experience with production workloads in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Deep technical proficiency in core networking infrastructure (VPC/VNet, routing, peering, PrivateLink/Private Endpoints)
- Hands-on experience with SQL or NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with ETL/CDC platforms and data ingestion
- Experience implementing Enterprise IAM including SSO (OIDC/SAML) and RBAC
- Experience with Linux administration, containerisation, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Hands-on experience with graph databases (ideally Neo4j)
- Familiarity with observability stacks (Grafana/Prometheus, Datadog, CloudWatch, Splunk)
- Exposure to cloud compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA)
