This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Fraud Risk Platforms based in United States.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute an outcome-driven product roadmap for fraud and risk case decisioning, covering AI-assisted review, automation, customer self-service, and case management
- Partner with Risk Operations to understand workflows and prioritize opportunities
- Define resolution paths for different case types
- Shape the complete case lifecycle, including case types, states, routing, prioritization, queues, resolution actions, closure criteria
- Lead product discovery and delivery with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Controls & Compliance
- Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps
- Establish success metrics and analyze automation rates, workload reduction, self-service containment, AI review quality
- Ensure operational impact of upstream risk models is understood
- Build strong auditability into automated and AI-supported decisions
- Influence senior stakeholders around product priorities and trade-offs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Experience in fraud, risk, trust and safety, or large-scale operational automation environments
- Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, develop roadmaps, and lead initiatives
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience collaborating across Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Operations, Compliance
- Strong understanding of automation, AI-assisted decisioning, risk operations, case management
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Experience in a regulated sector such as gaming, fintech, payments, insurance is a plus
Conditions
- US base salary range of $136,000–$170,000
- Eligibility for additional bonus and equity compensation
