Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer and onboarding
• Recruit IT and Digital Marketing specialists
• Source candidates via Telegram, job boards, and other channels
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring stages
• Work with ATS/CRM and maintain candidate pipelines
