Responsibilities

• Build the operational layer the revenue motion runs on, from Salesforce architecture to automation and AI layers
• Design and build objects, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards in Salesforce
• Serve as primary Salesforce builder for Sales, Tech Partnerships, CX, Finance
• Partner with GTM leaders to redesign and automate revenue workflows with AI (ergo, cedar, sumble, gumloop, clay, claude)
• Build agents that run parts of the revenue motion
• Build systems for commissions and incentive calculation
• Build data validation, governance, and structure for the GTM stack
• Connect Salesforce to adjacent systems via APIs, webhooks, automation
• Build reporting and forecasting infrastructure
• Document and enable what you build

Requirements

• 2-5 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales Ops at a B2B SaaS company
• Hands-on Salesforce experience: Flow, custom objects, validation rules, reports, dashboards
• Familiarity with GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Apollo, Chili Piper, Sales Navigator)
• Track record of building processes and systems from scratch in fast-growth environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working autonomously
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
• Nice to have: APIs, webhooks, cross-system workflow design
• Nice to have: Clay, AI automation tooling
• Nice to have: Python, JavaScript, SQL, SOQL, TypeScript
• Nice to have: Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification
