Product Manager

About the company

• Langfuse is hiring its first Product Manager to work with the founders to define the product vision and set strategic direction.
• Engineers at Langfuse own delivery from start to finish and speak directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product direction and translate long-term opportunities into clear priorities.
• Turn customer, community, and market insights into decisions about what to build and what not to build.
• Lead new product areas from research and scoping through launch.
• Work closely with founders, engineers, designers on APIs, SDKs, infrastructure, UX, and documentation.
• Align founders, engineering, sales, marketing, and key customers without unnecessary processes.
• Own the quarterly roadmapping process.

Requirements

• Experienced PM from developer tools, observability, infrastructure, data, or a similarly technical product.
• Technical enough to reason credibly about APIs, SDKs, architecture, and UX tradeoffs.
• Hands-on: test products, talk to users, maybe build a small prototype.
• Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and product taste.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and a fast-moving environment.
• Pragmatic, calm, organized, focused on shipping.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Deeply interested in AI and already using AI tools extensively.
• Experience with open source, enterprise software, or major platform shifts is a plus.
