Brand Evaluator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Brand / Creative Direction / Marketing Collateral Evaluator based in Canada.

This is a remote, flexible opportunity for an experienced brand and creative professional to help evaluate the quality of AI-generated work.

• Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing collateral against established, domain-specific quality standards.
• Apply expertise in brand, creative direction, and marketing communications to assess the accuracy, relevance, rigor, and overall quality of generated work.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, structural, formatting, and presentation issues that could reduce the effectiveness or credibility of an output.
• Assess whether creative materials demonstrate appropriate brand thinking, visual quality, consistency, clarity, and professional standards.
• Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback explaining identified issues and areas for improvement.
• Consistently apply evaluation rubrics and professional judgment across different AI-generated work products.
• Contribute expert human insight to projects focused on training and improving advanced AI systems.
• Work independently and manage assigned evaluation projects efficiently within agreed timelines.

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in brand, creative direction, marketing collateral, or a closely related field.
• Native or professional fluency in English, with strong written communication skills.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of brand standards, creative quality, visual communication, and marketing presentation principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify subtle factual, aesthetic, structural, and presentation issues.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, combined with sound professional judgment.
• Ability to provide concise, objective, and well-structured written feedback.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage flexible project-based assignments.
• An advanced degree (Master’s or higher) from a reputable institution is considered an advantage.
