Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive RMA & Warranty operations strategies that align with organizational goals and market dynamics globally
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
- Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process optimization
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of CRM systems and sales technology platforms to ensure seamless integration with business processes
- Design and streamline RMA & Warranty processes, workflows, and procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate forecasts, pipeline management strategies, and performance metrics
- Manage operations budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
- Create and maintain comprehensive RMA & Warranty dashboards and reporting systems that provide actionable insights to senior management
- Develop and deliver RMA & Warranty enablement programs, training initiatives, and onboarding processes
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure RMA & Warranty effectiveness and team performance
- Coordinate with finance, human resources, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales operations initiatives
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging sales operations technologies to maintain competitive advantage
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sales operations, sales management, reverse logistics or related business operations roles
- Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams in a matrix environment
- Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, SAP or similar enterprise systems
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated expertise in sales process optimization and continuous improvement
