Responsibilities
- Build the interfaces auditors work in, partnering with design to turn complex flows into something effortless
- Build and improve the agents at the core of the product, plus the harnesses and eval pipelines around them
- Make long-running workflows reliable and debuggable
- Use AI heavily in your own workflow
- Drive the how in RFCs and technical discussions, partner with product on the what
Requirements
- 5+ years shipping production web applications across the stack
- Write production APIs and model the data behind them for multi-tenancy and load
- Strong on the frontend, can build genuinely complex UI
- Understand how LLM agents work: agents, harnesses, tool use, measuring quality with evals
- Keep up with AI and bring latest tools into your workflow
- Strong product mindset and real ownership of outcomes
- Make architectural decisions, weigh trade-offs, build extensible things
- Comfortable with ambiguity, work from fundamentals
