This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Analyst based in Australia.
Responsibilities
- Support IT infrastructure projects involving server builds, migrations, technical analysis, application mapping, and documentation
- Work directly with Windows Server environments and provide technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Assist with infrastructure assessments and technical analysis
- Contribute to application mapping and the documentation of infrastructure components
- Coordinate technical activities and follow-ups across project services, operations teams, and relevant stakeholders
- Support infrastructure migration initiatives
- Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation
- Communicate technical information, project updates, issues, and requirements effectively
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience working directly with Windows servers
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong documentation abilities and attention to technical detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with storage, networking, and core infrastructure security is a plus
- Previous experience with data center or IT infrastructure migrations is an advantage
- MCSE certification is a plus
