Responsibilities
- Lead the team driving the evolution of the NHI Governance domain within our Pathfinder products.
- Build, grow, and lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for delivering a new platform-native module and the scalable, secure, and extensible services that power our SaaS offerings.
- Help customers discover, assess, and remediate non-human identities (service accounts, workload identities, secrets and keys, and AI agents) across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Blend people leadership, delivery ownership, and technical judgment: set the bar for execution and quality while developing engineers and partnering across product, design, and platform teams.
Requirements
- Experience leading and managing software engineering teams building cloud-based or SaaS products.
- Strong technical foundation, with the ability to engage credibly in architecture, design, and code-level trade-offs.
- Experience leading teams that use AI-assisted, agentic development tools such as Claude Code, and foster their effective and responsible adoption.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and at a high-quality bar.
- Experience partnering with product and design in an agile delivery environment.
- Familiarity with modern cloud-native development, microservices, and public cloud providers (AWS preferred).
- Experience developing engineers and growing talent through coaching and mentorship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive clarity and direction amid ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and business needs across cross-functional teams.
