Responsibilities
- Own features end to end, from the idea to what users actually experience.
- Work directly with CEO Dmytro Klochko to decide what gets built and why.
- Turn ambiguous ideas into concrete product work without waiting for every question to be answered.
- Challenge PRDs that do not hold up and make the case for a better version.
- Communicate and unblock others; work collaboratively rather than in a silo.
- Bring new tools into the work.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping consumer products that reached real users.
- Track record of driving complex features end to end, not only incremental improvements and refactors.
- Previous founding or early-stage startup experience.
- Enjoys coding and agentic engineering to move faster, using available tools to get the job done.
- Design intuition and taste; ability to recognize when something feels wrong.
- Thinks from first principles and focuses on the feature that ships rather than technical complexity for its own sake.
- Fluent English, including the ability to write or challenge a specification without it needing a rewrite.
- Self-directed, collaborative and low-maintenance.
- Bonus: founding engineer or early startup experience building from zero; experience working without a specification; experience shipping consumer products that made a difference to many people.
