Responsibilities
- Manage program operations, including application reviews, partner tracking, credit distribution, CRM organization, and workflow improvements.
- Plan and execute founder-focused events, including guest sourcing, venue coordination, invitations, RSVPs, logistics, and event-day execution.
- Develop event marketing materials such as invitations, landing pages, communication sequences, and follow-up campaigns.
- Collaborate with developer-focused teams to create authentic programming and engagement strategies for technical audiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, startup operators, accelerators, and venture ecosystem partners.
- Track program performance through attendance, engagement, attribution, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Support initiatives that increase brand awareness and strengthen relationships within the startup community.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in areas such as marketing, partnerships, sales, program management, operations, recruiting, or developer relations.
- Strong familiarity with the startup ecosystem, particularly within the San Francisco technology community.
- Ability to build authentic relationships and create meaningful connections with founders, investors, and operators.
- Understanding of venture markets and the impact of AI and emerging technologies on startups.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, events, and priorities simultaneously.
- High ownership mindset, proactive problem-solving ability, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
- Interest in developer tools, cloud infrastructure, and how technical teams evaluate and adopt new technologies.
- Experience with event management, community initiatives, or founder-facing programs is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Airtable, Clay, Apollo, or similar go-to-market platforms is preferred.
- Based in San Francisco and available for occasional evening events.
