This position is listed on behalf of a partner company looking for a Director, IT Financial Management based in the United States, within a financial services and technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Establish, lead, and continuously evolve the enterprise IT Financial Management (ITFM) capability
- Build and lead an enterprise-wide ITFM steward community
- Serve as a strategic partner to Technology, Finance, FP&A, and business leaders
- Translate complex technology and financial information into actionable insights
- Advance ITFM maturity by applying Technology Business Management (TBM) frameworks
- Influence senior stakeholders across organizational boundaries
- Travel regularly to the corporate headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in IT Financial Management, IT Business Management, Technology Finance, or FP&A supporting IT
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise capabilities and governance frameworks in a matrixed organization
- Strong knowledge of ITFM, TBM, technology cost management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proven ability to bridge Technology and Finance
- Experience leading organizational change
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Conditions
- Target base salary: $150,000–$185,000 per year
