Responsibilities
- Move predicted revenue per install and per web-funnel visitor
- Run monetization experiments end to end: paywall placement and design, pricing, packaging, offers, trial mechanics, subscription flows
- Start from a playbook of proven patterns
- Reach into activation or retention when the numbers say so
- Keep a steady cadence of tests live, prioritize by expected revenue impact
- Write short, clear specs: what triggers it, how it's A/B tested, and the rule for calling it
- Keep an honest record of every experiment
- Partner with GTM teams on revenue per install
- Work directly with product, engineering, and the CEO
Requirements
- A product career spent mostly on monetization
- A real track record moving revenue metrics: ARPU, LTV, conversion, trial-to-paid
- At least one original monetization idea
- Habit of running experiments and making ship-or-kill calls off results
- Strong analytical instincts
- Use AI tools in your work already
- Fluent English
