Major Enterprises in the Telco industry are leveraging the Databricks Data & AI Platform. Our team is hiring a dynamic Solution Architecture leader who intimately understands the Telco ecosystem.
The Impact You Will Have
- Lead a team of 2 FLMs and a Principal SA.
- Hire, train, grow, and manage a team of Solutions Architects.
- Make Telco customers successful with Databricks.
- Maintain a robust hiring pipeline.
- Establish relationships across the business.
- Partner with sales leadership to hit targets.
- Keep team ahead of technical curve.
- Continue to evolve the Telco Vertical.
What We Look For
- 10+ years of professional experience in the data space with a technical product.
- 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering data-driven solutions for major accounts within the Telco industry.
- Deep familiarity with network analytics and optimization.
- Track record of success in churn prevention.
- Very strong understanding of the telco ecosystem.
- Extensive experience in creating network effects across the telco ecosystem.
- Proven thought leader on key industry imperatives for Telco.
- 5+ years of experience building and leading technical pre-sales teams.
- Deep technical understanding of Data & AI impact in Telco.
- Extensive experience in building repeatable industry assets.
- Trusted advisor to technical executives.
- Experience hiring and ramping up candidates.
- Build team morale and foster working relationships.
- Experience working with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Must be technical enough to earn trust of Engineering talent.
- Demonstrated architectural influence.
