Responsibilities
Lead CoreWeave's strategic efforts in shaping and developing cutting-edge AI inference services.
Refine the product strategy for AI application cloud services aimed at foundational model inference, with focus on optimization across the entire CoreWeave product portfolio for AI workloads.
Own the product roadmap for AI inference services, balancing near-term customer needs with long-term vision.
Stay current on advancements in AI/ML technologies including inference engines, model serving architectures, cloud infrastructures, and software development methodologies.
Define new product investments and develop a portfolio of inference capabilities.
Collaborate with key customers to understand their AI workloads, pain points, and future requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape.
Partner with industry partners, marketing, and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in the cloud services or AI/ML market segment.
Hands-on practitioner and deep understanding of AI/ML workloads including foundation model inference, inference engines such as vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, and llm-d, inference optimization techniques such as quantization and speculative decoding, cloud infrastructure (GPUs), and cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, microservices).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, with strong decision-making, project management, and mentoring skills.
Demonstrated experience working closely with customers to identify needs and translate them into product features and solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
Conditions
Base salary range: $207,000 to $275,000
