Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Data Centre Operations, IT Infrastructure and DC Management
- Deliver hiring for technicians, engineers, operations and first-line management roles across the US market
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future data center launches
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and labor market challenges
- Drive candidate attraction through direct sourcing, referrals, networking and agency partnerships
- Manage interview processes, offer negotiations and candidate experience through onboarding
- Provide market insight to hiring managers on candidate availability, compensation and competitor activity
- Support regional hiring campaigns and workforce mobilization as new data centers come online
Requirements
- 8+ years experience recruiting within Data Centers, IT Infrastructure, Engineering or Telecommunications
- Extensive experience managing multiple technical vacancies across different US regions
- Excellent sourcing capability and confidence engaging passive candidates
- Extensive stakeholder management skills
- Experience leveraging AI tools (Claude, GPT, Copilot) to build productivity agents
- Experience using Greenhouse or comparable ATS
