Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three Project Managers.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development conversations.
- Own end-to-end delivery across the CISO PMO portfolio.
- Establish and enforce PM standards, templates, and delivery frameworks.
- Define, track, and report KPIs and delivery metrics.
- Maintain a consolidated portfolio view in Jira.
- Act as the senior PM interface for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead stakeholder alignment sessions, escalation resolution, and executive-level reporting.
- Define and drive PMO governance rhythms.
- Continuously evaluate and improve PM processes, tooling, and team operating models.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of project management experience.
- Proven experience managing and developing other Project Managers.
- Hands-on experience running complex, cross-company programs.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with C-level and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Deep Jira proficiency.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in both Hebrew and English.
